We’re glad to have you at Lexington Swim Club! Lexington Swim Club is set to open for the 2023 season on May 26th.
Here’s how to join:
- Click the link below to download a PDF of our registration form, print and fill it out, or Fill out the Google Form below.
- If you choose to mail your form, please mail it to: Lexington Swim Club – PO Box 153 – Lexington, NC 27293-0153.
- Then just pay your membership fees! You can drop off it at the pool, mail it in with your registration form or pay using our TOAST online payment.
**All Teen Memberships require TWO forms: the Membership Registration Form AND the Parental Consent form. If you have a child between the ages of 11 and 17, you are required to complete the Parent Release Form. In addition to the the release form, parents or guardians will be required to attend a meeting prior to the pool opening. The date for the meeting will be announced later.
