Marlins Swim Team

Welcome to the LSC Marlins Swim Team!

We are so excited for summer swim!  We have a stellar team of coaches ready to work with our Marlins and help them learn new skills, improve their strokes, and become stronger swimmers. This year the Marlins will be led by Elle Gardner in the role of head coach along with Levi Lindegren and Marisa Jones assisting.

A message from our head coach, Elle Gardner:
Hi!  My name is Elle Gardner and I have been a part of the LSC  family since I was 3 years old. I have swum club for 10 years and I am excited to incorporate my knowledge from that into the upcoming season. I have been a part of the coaching staff here at Lexington for the past 3 years and am extremely excited for this season in particular. As the new season approaches, I am ready to build on past successes, welcome new swimmers, and make this season the best one yet!

We are excited to have Elle coaching this summer and look forward to what she will accomplish this season!  She brings 10+ years of swim knowledge with her.  She along with Levi and Marisa will be great assets to the LSC swim team!

Suits & Equipment

For swim meets, girls need to wear one-piece suits, and boys generally swim easier in tighter suits.   The official Marlin color is blue (see image below), but not required.  Feel free to wear what you already have!  Although team suits are not required, here are some recommended suits at swimoutlet.com.  If viewing this document online, just click the pictures to go directly to the website.  Fins are recommended, but not required.
